Job Description

Blue Collar Services is seeking an experienced Punch Out / Finish Mechanic to work on active construction job sites in Miami and West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong finish skills and the ability to complete punch list items efficiently and with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in punch out / finish work

• Must have own tools (hand tools required for finish work)

• Must have reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to work independently and follow punch lists

• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Scope of Work Includes

• Painting touch-ups

• Drywall patching and repairs

• Caulking (windows, doors, trim, fixtures)

• Minor finish repairs and corrections

• General punch list completion

Compensation

• $22–$24 per hour, based on experience

• Weekly pay

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday

• Overtime may be available depending on project needs
