Project Manager HVAC Mechanical

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC Mechanical systems to oversee and deliver large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise in HVAC systems and proven leadership in managing projects from inception to completion—on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC mechanical projects.

• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to provide technical guidance.

• Develop budgets, cost estimates, and monitor project expenses to meet financial targets.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.

• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain strong client communication.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management with a focus on HVAC mechanical systems.

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC design, installation, and commissioning.

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP certification (a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $140,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience).
