Janitorial Area Manager

We are seeking a Janitorial Area Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing a team of 75 staff janitors and customer service with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and train cleaning staff
• Bid on new jobs
• Meet with customers and maintain the relationship to company standards
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Must have an extensive background in high end condo cleaning and commercial properties
• Bilingual
• Strong organizational skills and customer service
