Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experiencein commercial construction and interior build-outs. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional capable of leading projects while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final turnover
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract administration
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain workflow and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with construction documents, local codes, and safety regulations
• Supervise on-site activities, conduct site visits, and monitor construction progress
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports
• Track project costs and timelines to ensure alignment with financial goals
• Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
• Manage permit applications, inspections, and close-out procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction( interior build-outs)
• Proven ability to manage multiple active commercial projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of permitting processes and inspections in Florida
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required based on experience)
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
