Carpenter Punch Out Mechanic

Punch-out work refers to final adjustments, touch-ups, or repairs that occur near the end of a project or production process to ensure everything meets specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Punch-Out Tasks: Perform final checks on construction elements, identifying and correcting any remaining issues or imperfections.

• Repairs and Maintenance: Complete minor repairs such as touch up paint, cualking and patching dry-wall, patching concrete, wood carpentry, adjusting doors and cabinets.

Requirments:  

• 5 Years of verifiable work history
• Tools for the trade (skill saw, trowels, drills, hand tools, paint brushes, drywall knives)
• Reliable transportation
• Interior and exterior carpentry experience
