Interior Superintendent – Small Box Retail Buildouts (Naples, FL)

We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent with a strong background in small box retail interior buildouts for an active project in Naples, FL.

Position Details:

• Pay: $1,500 – $1,800 per week
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Ongoing work with potential for future projects

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day interior construction operations
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope
• Maintain job site safety and quality control
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
• Handle scheduling, inspections, and punch-out process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on small box retail interior buildouts
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of interior construction processes and sequencing
• Reliable transportation
