Location: Stuart, Florida
Level: Senior, Level 3 / Level 4
Pay Range: $30/hour – $40/hour

GENEROUS SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000 (after successful completion of 120-day probationary period)
RELOCATION AVAILABLE: Up to $20,000 relocation assistance available (after successful completion of 120-day probationary period; must meet location requirements)

Blue Collar Services is now accepting applications for experienced Senior Aviation Heavy Structures Sheet Metal Mechanics (Level 3 / Level 4) with 5+ years of experience.

What You’ll Do
• Fabricate and assemble aircraft sheet metal and composite structural components
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications

What You Need
• 5+ years of heavy aviation structures sheet metal mechanic experience
• Ability to pass plate test and skills assessments (verbal, virtual, hands-on)
• Experience with Boeing and Gulfstream structural assembly preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Blueprint reading skills
• Ability to wear respirator and required safety gear
• Experience using hand tools and precision instruments
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
• Flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift, overtime, weekends as needed

Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent hand use and coordination
• Standing, bending, reaching, and varied physical positions
• Clear communication and hearing abilities
