Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead crews on high-end custom home projectsthroughout Miami-Dade County. Projects include luxury remodels and new residential construction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows residential electrical inside and out and can run clean, efficient job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead residential electrical crews

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, and job tasks

• Ensure all work meets NEC and Miami-Dade code requirements

• Perform and oversee installations, troubleshooting, and inspections

• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and homeowners

• Maintain safety, quality, and professionalism on job sites

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience

• Foreman or lead experience required

• Strong experience with high-end custom homes

• Experience in remodels and new construction

• Knowledge of NEC and local codes

• Ability to manage crews and schedules

• Reliable transportation and tools

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
