Finish Carpenter

Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Multiple job sites throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter with at least 5 years of verifiable work history to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, is dependable, and can work independently or as part of a crew on high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of finish carpentry, including installation of doors, trim, baseboards, cabinetry, moldings, and other interior finishes

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a Finish Carpenter

• Must have own tools for the trade

• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Miami-Dade and Broward County

• Ability to work independently and maintain professional workmanship

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
